Our online staffing portal allows us to effectively monitor and check staff performance in a number of ways including a GPS check in/out function which enables us to track timekeeping and location, a star rating system which reflects manager feedback along with many other features such as newly obtained skills and qualifications section, standing us in good stead to always handpick the consultant most suited to each role.
