We take the time to get to know each of our candidates individually which enables us to effectively match candidate to booking and ensures that you are prioritised for bookings that best match your skillset and preferences in terms of location and brand.

We show our commitment to our workforce by regularly investing in staff training, and in return ask that our staff invest their time in growing their relationship with and their loyalty to their agency contact, starting with our stringent recruitment process.

Only 30% of applicants are successful in joining our team, and we will outline our high expectations throughout the recruitment process. To get started with Fortem & Mode, please follow the application process outlined below.

Interview

A member of our staffing team will be in touch to arrange a video interview – this is your change to impress us with your presentation, work experience and sales skills.

Whilst waiting for an interview you will have the opportunity to view our job market and apply for work, using the log in details you created during step 2.
