Our Harrods Store Approval Process course is a compulsory module which must be completed prior to being put forward for store approval as well as prior to your first shift at Harrods. It will give you a fantastic insight into the business, the brand and the Harrods approach to selling which will give you a huge advantage on the sales floor. Once completed, please send a copy of your certificate to your Fortem & Mode staffing coordinator. Good luck!
